There are quite a number of tone wheel organ clones on the market, including Studiologic's, who have made an impressive attempt to simulate that authentic sound. This Numa Organ 2 creates its sound using physical modelling. Its 9 drawbars ensure smooth registration so you can further perfect your sound. Classic effects like vibrato, chorus, reverb and overdrive are also present. This organ brings back the sounds of yesteryear!
Studiologic Numa Organ 2: a modern take on classic sounds
Where other brands make use of samples, the Numa uses physical modelling, which means that all its sounds are generated by means of a series of calculations. This makes it possible to manipulate the characteristics of the distinctive 'click' and 'leakage' sounds to your heart's content. You can also choose between the sound of a new or an old organ. Last but not least, it also has a Leslie simulator, to fully complete your classic sound.
More than one organ
This keyboard doesn't only have tone wheel organs; in fact, it has a total of 7 different organ sounds to choose from, including a selection of electric organs and even a church organ! There are a variety of connectors on the rear; the most striking of which is the 11-pin Leslie connector. With this, you can connect an actual Leslie! In short, this is a unique and complete organ that allows you to relive those classic sounds.
